USA Farm Labor State of the Company
A recap of 2025 and what’s ahead for 2026
USA Farm Labor’s team of H-2A Visa Program experts recently met to review insights and celebrate wins from 2025. We also looked at our key goals and priorities for 2026. Here are the key highlights past and present.
A reminder of our mission and unique value
As one of the leading providers of H-2A workforce solutions for farms and ag businesses, USA Farm Labor’s mission is to:
Serve with excellence
Deliver consistent support
Provide a personal touch in every interaction
USA Farm Labor provides end-to-end support to help farm and ag business owners get Temporary Labor Certifications and hire H-2A labor. Not only can they count on us to manage the paperwork and communications with the government, they also gain access to 6,000-plus skilled, verified workers, get help with visa petitions and worker logistics, and receive support throughout their entire season.
USA Farm Labor specializes in helping farms and ag businesses with winter applications. In fact, our team processed 60% of the winter applications for the entire U.S. in 2025. These winter applications require an extra layer of expertise and commitment as they present many more challenges and require much more justification than Summer applications.
The numbers continue to show hearty growth
Here are the key points around USA Farm Labor’s growth in 2025:
The largest share of our winter applications are filed during the last quarter of our fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The U.S. federal government’s numbers only include applications filed in their fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. After adjusting the U.S. number to include our winter applications, USA Farm Labor filed a total of 1,642 applications in 2025.
This is significant growth, especially considering the new rule allowing staggered entry. Instead of having to submit individual applications with different worker start times, H-2A employers can now bring workers over at different times all under one application, reducing the overall number of total applications.
USA Farm Labor has now moved from #3 to #2 ranking nationally amongst all H-2A agencies based on total certified applications
Our total number of clients increased by 17.7% over 2024
We placed a total of 4,012 workers in 2025, up 9% from the previous year
The results of our client survey are in
USA Farm Labor truly cares about how well we’re serving our clients. That’s why we conduct an annual client satisfaction survey to get their direct feedback—and we pay close attention to every comment and suggestion for improvement. We want to sincerely thank all our clients who take the time to complete the survey and share their thoughts.

USA Farm Labor Team: 91%

Given 2025 marked the implementation of a new process model, based on feedback from previous client satisfaction surveys, this score indicates it’s a welcome improvement.
Client Communication: 94%
Clients graded us on the clarity, relevance, usefulness, timeliness, and friendliness of our communication across all team members. This score is evidence that our priority to provide a personal touch is consistently put into action.

Recap of major milestones in 2025
Here’s a summary of the key highlights from this past year:
Launched a new Case Manager model
In previous surveys and conversations, our clients expressed the need for a simpler, more streamlined process—and we heard them loud and clear. We implemented a new Case Manager model in 2025 to simplify the client experience, enable clear and consistent communication, and give clients just two main points of contact throughout their season—their Case Manager and their Worker Placement Coordinator.
Launched a new and improved USA Farm Labor website
Our website got a complete makeover in November 2025. The new website was designed to make it easier for visitors to find the information they’re looking for, answer the most common H-2A employer questions in a clear, concise way, eliminate redundant information, and give visitors a more engaging, visually pleasing experience.
Launched a new website dedicated to H-2A workers
Our partnership with USA Truck Labor is still going strong. While USA Farm Labor’s core mission and website are exclusively dedicated to helping farms and ag businesses, our new worker-focused website connects foreign workers with our global network of recruiters to find farm jobs. It also connects them with USA Truck Labor to gain training and skills to maximize their value and visibility to H-2A employers.
Attended key industry events
The USA Farm Labor team loves having the opportunity to meet face-to-face with farm and ag business owners at ag shows throughout the year. In 2025, we met so many great folks at the Southern Farm, Big Iron, and Sunbelt Ag Expo shows.
In our ongoing efforts to stay in-the-know about everything H-2A, owners Manuel and Kathy Fick also attended the NCAE Ag Forum to find out recent and planned changes to the H-2A Program. They came back with some important takeaways for H-2A employers.
What to watch for in 2026
Here are a few of USA Farm Labor’s top priorities for this year:
Growth and efficiency—We’re working hard to find the optimum balance between adding employees and leveraging technology to support growth and improve efficiency
Worker insurance options—While H-2A employers are required to carry an active Workers’ Compensation policy, we’re looking at ways to provide foreign workers with health insurance options to cover them off-the-clock
Worker flight options—Through a potential airline partnership, USA Farm Labor aims to give workers more affordable, consistent options for travel to and from their home countries
H-2A Visa Solutions partnership—An expansion of this partnership is underway to provide H-2A employers with a more comprehensive service package for managed payroll, audit preparation, and pay debit cards
More face-to-face time with clients—In addition to attending shows, we’re always looking for opportunities to visit clients to stay informed about their priorities, progress, and key challenges. To that end, we’ll be kicking off some periodic client visits at the end of February, starting in Tennessee on the heels of the Mid-South Farm & Gin show.
A never-ending approach to improvement
USA Farm Labor only succeeds when our clients succeed. That’s why we continually look for ways to better serve our clients.
If you’re a current client, we greatly appreciate and value the trust you place in USA Farm Labor. If you’re new to the H-2A Program or looking for a more comprehensive or efficient way to participate, we’d love to help.
