USA Farm Labor services farms and ag businesses that are unable to find enough qualified domestic workers to meet their seasonal farm labor demands. We provide a single source for both managing the H2A application process to get them a Temporary Labor Certification and providing access to 6,000-plus verified, skilled workers to fill their farm labor gap.

We specialize in providing farms and ag businesses with experienced, advanced-skill H2A farm workers that can operate, maintain, and repair ag equipment. We guide and support H2A employers every step of the way—from qualifying, submitting an application, and sourcing workers to filing visa petitions, preparing for worker arrival, managing worker travel and consulate logistics, and supporting both employers and workers through the entire season.

In 1998, Manuel Fick and his wife Kathy immigrated from South Africa to the United States—with a vision of linking their home country with the Land of Opportunity for the benefit of both nations. Shortly after arriving in the U.S., they witnessed the agricultural labor shortage threatening farms across the country. Given their connections back in South Africa, they realized that they were perfectly placed to serve American farmers and help workers from their home country find new opportunities through seasonal farm jobs. In 2003, Manuel and Kathy started USA Farm Labor, Inc. and their vision became a reality.

Since then, USA Farm Labor has become one of the largest H2A agencies in the country, and we’re always improving.

USA Farm Labor helps thousand of H2A employers source a seasonal quality farm labor every year, plus we help streamline and simplify the complicated H2A Program process.
