Introducing Our New H-2A Case Managers: Streamlining Your Experience with USA Farm Labor

At USA Farm Labor, we know that navigating the H-2A process can feel complex and overwhelming. Between tight deadlines, government paperwork, and strict compliance requirements, employers often find themselves buried in administrative details when their focus should be on running their farms. That’s why we’re excited to announce an important change in the way we serve our clients: the introduction of dedicated H-2A Case Managers.

This new role has been designed with one goal in mind—to simplify your experience and provide you with clear, consistent, and reliable points of contact throughout your time with our company and the H-2A process.

What Does a Case Manager Do?

Your Case Manager will be responsible for all the paperwork associated with obtaining a Temporary Labor Certification (TLC) from the Department of Labor. This includes:

  • Reviewing your submitted USA Farm Labor database application.

  • Preparing and submitting your application to the State Workforce Agency (SWA) and Department of Labor (DOL).

  • Handling correspondence, responses, and documentation requests from federal and state agencies.

  • Monitoring your application’s progress and ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Addressing questions about the certification process so you never feel left in the dark.

In short, your Case Manager takes ownership of the most time-sensitive and technical certification part of the H-2A process so you can have peace of mind that everything is being handled properly.

Fewer Contacts, More Clarity

One of the biggest frustrations for employers working with H-2A providers is not knowing who to call for what. We’ve listened carefully to your feedback and made a simple change:

From now on, every USA Farm Labor client will have just two main key points of contact:

  1. Your Case Manager: responsible for all State Workforce Agency (SWA) and Department of Labor (DOL) paperwork, correspondence, notices, and approvals.

  2. Your Worker Placement Coordinator: responsible for coordinating arrivals, handling in-country transfers, acting as a liaison between clients and recruiters, and ensuring your labor needs are met throughout your season.

No more bouncing around between departments or wondering who has the answers. Whether it’s a compliance-related question or a worker arrival update, you’ll know exactly who to call.

Why This Change Matters

The H-2A process is not only highly regulated but also ever-changing. Between new rules from the Department of Labor and stricter enforcement practices, employers need an experienced advocate who understands program details inside and out. By assigning a Case Manager to each client, we’re making sure your application is handled with:

  • Accuracy – Every form, every deadline, and every compliance requirement is covered.

  • Efficiency – Your Case Manager will track timelines and keep the process moving forward.

  • Consistency – You’ll always have a familiar name and face to call with questions.

  • Support – Instead of juggling paperwork and government communications, you’ll be free to focus on your operation.

We know that a successful season depends on having workers on time and in compliance. Our new system helps ensure your farm labor needs are met.

Case Manager, Michelle Dupue

What This Means for You

If you are an existing USA Farm Labor client, you will be introduced to your Case Manager at the beginning of your next application cycle. Your Worker Placement Coordinator will continue to support you with worker assignments and coordination as usual, but you’ll now have an additional layer of expertise guiding you through the Department of Labor’s certification process.

If you’re new to USA Farm Labor, this means you’ll enter into a streamlined system where you’ll always know exactly who is handling your file and what to expect at each stage. Our goal is to make the H-2A program more accessible, less stressful, and more efficient for the farmers and agribusinesses we serve.

A Stronger Partnership

At USA Farm Labor, we believe our role goes beyond paperwork. We are your partner in building a reliable workforce, protecting your operation from compliance risks, and helping you grow your business with confidence. Adding Case Managers is one more way we are investing in better service, better communication, and better outcomes for our clients.

We’re proud of the dedicated professionals who have stepped into these new roles and are confident you’ll see the benefits immediately. With fewer points of contact, clearer responsibilities, and a stronger support system, we’re making the H-2A process as straightforward as possible.
