A mission focused on serving others

“Farmers can struggle tremendously to find labor for their work. We are here to solve that problem.” - Manuel Fick

USA FARM LABOR’s Mission statement:

Our Story:

USA FARM LABOR CEO Manuel Fick and his wife Kathy smiling for a picture

USA Farm Labor, Inc. is not just a business. It is a mission focused on serving others.

In 1998, Manuel Fick and his wife Kathy immigrated from South Africa to the United States—with a vision of linking their home country with the Land of Opportunity for the benefit of both nations. Shortly after arriving in the U.S., they witnessed the agricultural labor shortage threatening farms across the country. Given their connections back in South Africa, they realized that they were perfectly placed to serve American farmers and help workers from their home country find new opportunities through seasonal farm jobs.

In 2003, Manuel and Kathy started USA Farm Labor, Inc. and their vision became a reality.

Since then, USA Farm Labor, Inc. has become one of the largest H-2A specialists in the country.

Every year, USA Farm Labor, Inc. helps thousands of agricultural employers source a seasonal workforce and we assist with all aspects of the H-2A Program. To this day, that drive to serve others remains central to everything we do. We are dedicated to helping employers connect with incredible employees to help grow their farm or agribusiness.

Because of this dedication, we have earned a reputation for integrity, dependability, and excellent customer service.

Of course, the best way to deliver incredible service is to seek constant improvement.

To that end, we’re always looking for ways to make our services even better—especially through the use of cutting-edge technology.

We’re constantly researching new, innovative ways to use technology to simplify the H-2A Program, speed up the process, and help you identify and connect with the right workers for the job.

Even now, we’re researching how we can use artificial intelligence to quickly and thoroughly assess and define employer needs, how we can use automation to speed up the process, and how we can use machine learning to more accurately predict placement success. We believe these advances will revolutionize the H-2A Program and enable us to take our focus on serving others to a whole new level.
